The global financial crisis is continuing unabated and it has implications for the Malaysian economy as well and the Malaysian property market. This Convention will examine all the fundamentals in the property market that have existed over the past years and how those fundamentals may or may not change. All participants will additionally get within a week of the Convention a well crafted post convention document stating the findings. These findings will also be sent to various authorities as recommendations to better the property market in Malaysia. Participants will also get substantial amount of information from property consultants who almost exclusively are from the Institution of Surveyors Malaysia and the Association of Valuers and Property Consultants in Private Practice Malaysia (PEPS). |
